1. Our Policy

At Smart Wood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smart-wood.uk with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items not returned with tracking.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
